The place is beautiful. The swimming pools where amazing and the beach is the most amazing thing ever .
The rooms where my family and I stayed, were not comfortable. The beds were not what we asked for and one of the showers did not have a door so the water was running towards the room. It's a shame because it could have been a 10 of 10 experience.

The beach was beautiful and it was a nice pool. The rooms were large
It is a lower quality all-inclusive. If you're not an obvious foreigner like from Europe or US, staff tends to try to talk down to you. The showers had those half doors, so water gets everywhere. The AC didnt work that well in one of the rooms. They had a lot of vendors on the beach and they are quite persistent and will try to go for the kids. 6yr old got approached by a vendor on the beach with a bird and he touched it, next thing you know the vendor is asking for 100USD. Be aware of those vendors. The photos you see on booking.com aren't from the "family side" of the resort so don't expect your room to look exactly like that.

overall it was a relaxing and pleasant time! :)
Direct access to the beach, the various pools, the food at the buffet was good, the amount of shade on the beach, it was clean all the time, activities, the restaurants for reservation. Yandro at from desk was very helpful and attentive!
The distance of block 16 (where we stayed) is quite far from the main area, also somewhat loud during the day because it is close to the outside street where there are little shops.
